The Kansas City Chiefs, Pittsburgh Steelers, and Washington Commanders are all interested in trading for Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Brian Thomas Jr., reports Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk.

Thomas' name has circulated around the rumor mill for weeks with the Nov. 10 trade deadline drawing closer. Thomas was embroiled in similar rumors last season amid a steep decline in production, but the Jaguars held onto him.

Thomas has seen his numbers drop even more in 2026. While he did catch a touchdown - his second of the season - in Sunday's rout of the Indianapolis Colts, Thomas has just 11 receptions for 117 yards this year.

The former first-round pick burst into the league with a 1,282-yard, 10-touchdown rookie season in 2024, instantly putting him on the cusp of stardom. He hasn't been able to find his footing in the offense under Liam Coen, though, leading to a drastically reduced role.

The Chiefs have a glaring need at wide receiver, with general manager Brett Veach even acknowledging to CBS Sports' Tracy Wolfson that he expects to explore the market come the trade deadline.

The Steelers are looking for offensive upgrades around Aaron Rodgers, who's led the team to a 6-2 start. However, Pittsburgh is reportedly more focused on Josh Downs, who requested a trade from the Colts. Germie Bernard appeared to be coming on a few weeks ago, but the rookie's been held to 30 yards or fewer in back-to-back games.

The Commanders are looking for a spark after losing Terry McLaurin to a season-ending knee injury two weeks ago, squashing the one-two punch he was part of with Stefon Diggs.
