MLB players return to ballparks for summer camp

Major League Baseball players have started flocking back to their home ballparks for summer camp in preparation for Opening Day on July 23.

While official workouts won't be fully underway until Friday and players have been undergoing COVID-19 screening, some have already taken to the field to get back in the swing of things.

Philadelphia Phillies outfielder Bryce Harper wasted no time getting back in the box as he took some hacks at Citizens Bank Park on Wednesday.

Harper's teammates Rhys Hoskins and J.T. Realmuto showed up Thursday rocking some fresh-looking facial hair.

Aaron Judge, who has been recovering from a broken rib, stepped in against top New York Yankees offseason acquisition Gerrit Cole.

Yankees pitching coach Matt Blake said Cole was sitting at 95-99 mph on his fastball, according to Lindsey Adler of The Athletic.

Looks like Cardinals infielders Kolten Wong, Paul DeJong, Matt Carpenter, and Yadier Molina are also getting re-acquainted with their surroundings.
