Chicago Cubs outfielder Pete Crow-Armstrong criticized himself for making costly errors over the last two games following Wednesday's 5-0 loss to the Milwaukee Brewers.
Crow-Armstrong allowed a David Hamilton line drive to get under his glove during the second inning Wednesday, which ultimately led to a little league homer that scored three runs.

In the fourth inning of Tuesday's 5-2 defeat to the Brewers, Crow-Armstrong missed a routine fly ball, though the error didn't result in any runs.
"Yesterday and today are genuinely laughable," Crow-Armstrong said postgame, according to ESPN's Jesse Rogers. "One thing I can fall back on is, it's never a lack of focus but (instead) trying too hard and trying to make up for the lack of production that I have given this team and this city."
Crow-Armstrong recorded just one hit across 11 plate appearances in the Brewers' three-game sweep of the Cubs. He's batting .225 on the season with a .659 OPS after signing a six-year, $115-million extension in late March. The one-time All-Star also reportedly received a fine this week for his role in a heated exchange with a White Sox fan during Sunday's game.
"Anything physically usually starts mentally," Crow-Armstrong added after Wednesday's loss. "I think that's what I'm showing everyone right now. That can't happen. That kind of stuff just can't happen."
Chicago (29-21) has lost five games in a row heading into its weekend series at Wrigley Field against the Houston Astros.
