The Los Angeles Clippers signed wing Terance Mann to a multi-year extension, the team announced Tuesday.

Mann's new deal is worth a fully guaranteed $22 million over two years, The Undefeated's Marc Spears reports. It will kick in for the 2023-24 season, according to Spotrac.

"Terance personifies many of the qualities we value," Clippers president Lawrence Frank said. "He is a giving teammate and an unrelenting worker who improves himself and those around him every day.

"In only two seasons, we've watched him grow from a second-round pick to a key contributor on a playoff team. We want him to be a big part of our future, and we're glad he wants the same. We're thrilled for Terance and excited for what's to come."

Mann averaged seven points and 3.6 rebounds in 67 regular-season appearances with L.A. last season. The 24-year-old elevated his play during the playoffs after Kawhi Leonard suffered a partially torn ACL, posting a career-high 39 points to eliminate the Utah Jazz in Game 6 of the Western Conference semifinals. Mann's expected to occupy an important role in the Clippers' second unit to begin this season

"It is with tremendous honor and pride that I sign this extension with the Clippers," Mann told Spears. "The faith and commitment in my development and contribution(s) thus far will provide me the motivation I need as I continue to be a pivotal part of our championship run."

L.A. drafted Mann out of Florida State with the 48th overall pick in the 2019 draft.
