The Utah Jazz are signing guard Keyonte George to a five-year, $157.5-million rookie-scale contract extension, sources told ESPN's Shams Charania and Tim MacMahon.
The Jazz will reward George with a lucrative new deal after he recorded career-high averages of 23.6 points and 6.1 assists per game during the 2025-26 season.
The two sides wrapped up months of offseason negotiations on Friday, and the agreement includes no team or player options, Charania reports.
George joins Victor Wembanyama and Amen Thompson as the only players from the 2023 NBA Draft to have signed extensions.
The 22-year-old is expected to form a formidable backcourt next season alongside 2026 No. 2 overall pick Darryn Peterson, as the Jazz look to build around a young nucleus that also includes Ace Bailey.
