Indiana Pacers star Tyrese Haliburton will miss an undisclosed amount of time after sustaining a left hamstring injury, sources told ESPN's Shams Charania.
Pacers doctors and Haliburton are determining a clear timeline for his recovery, Charania adds.
The 26-year-old's hamstring appeared to be giving him trouble during the second half of Monday's loss to the Milwaukee Bucks, when he scored 22 points in 35 minutes.
Haliburton has appeared in four games this season after missing the entire 2025-26 campaign due to a torn Achilles. He's averaged 21.8 points and 9.5 assists in 33 minutes per game.
Haliburton is the latest NBA star to be sidelined for an extended period. Anthony Edwards (Minnesota Timberwolves), Kawhi Leonard (Toronto Raptors), Jalen Williams (Oklahoma City Thunder), Paolo Banchero (Orlando Magic), and Jaren Jackson Jr. (Utah Jazz) are among those who have sustained significant injuries in the first eight days of the season.
The Pacers (2-2) host the Philadelphia 76ers on Wednesday.
