Five-star guard Dylan Mingo committed to Baylor's 2026 recruiting class Monday, he told ESPN's Paul Biancardi.
Dylan will play alongside his brother, Kayden Mingo, who officially transferred to the Bears on April 16 after spending his freshman season at Penn State.
"It is a blessing to play with him again," Mingo said of the opportunity to share the court with his brother.
Mingo previously committed to North Carolina in February but reopened his recruitment earlier in April after Michael Malone replaced Hubert Davis as the head coach of the Tar Heels.
The New York native initially chose North Carolina over Baylor, Penn State, and Washington.
The 6-foot-5 guard, who hails from Long Island Lutheran High School, missed most of last season because of an ankle injury.
Mingo was named the MVP of the NBAPA's Top 100 Camp last summer after averaging 23.8 points, 6.8 assists, and 6.5 rebounds at the event.
