Oregon quarterback Dante Moore returned to practice Monday, just over one week after being carted off with a concussion, head coach Dan Lanning told reporters, according to CBS Sports' Austin Nivison.
Moore was throwing with shoulder pads and a helmet on during the session.
"Similar to what we said before, we're gonna do what's best for Dante moving forward. ... It was great to see him back out there with his teammates getting to work today," Lanning said.
Lanning added that the first Big Ten availability report of the week - released Wednesday - will provide further updates on Moore's status for Oregon's game against UCLA on Saturday.
Moore was carted off the field after taking a hit to the head against USC while sliding on a scramble. He spent time at Los Angeles General Medical Center before being diagnosed with a concussion. Lanning called the hit "disgusting," and Trojans linebacker Desman Stephens received a one-game suspension.
Backup quarterback Dylan Raiola replaced Moore and helped the Ducks to a 41-27 win. The Nebraska transfer completed 19 of 25 passes for 289 yards and two touchdowns.
Moore, who is projected to be one of the first quarterbacks selected in the 2027 NFL Draft, has 926 passing yards with nine touchdowns and zero interceptions in four games this season.
Oregon is coming off its bye week and is 3-1 heading into Saturday's matchup.
