Florida State running back Ousmane Kromah is expected to miss the rest of the season due to a foot injury, sources told CBS Sports' Matt Zenitz.
Kromah was carted off the field in the second quarter of Saturday's 43-35 loss to Miami and didn't return. The star running back tried to hop off the field after a 9-yard carry but fell to the turf before medical personnel put an air cast on his leg.
Kromah has recorded 114 carries for 609 yards and five touchdowns this season. His 609 rushing yards rank third in the ACC, and he's posted two 100-yard rushing games this season.
The sophomore initially committed to Georgia before flipping to Florida State. He rushed for 408 yards on 72 carries as a freshman in 2025.
Quintrevion Wisner has the second-most carries (38) on Florida State behind Kromah this season. The Seminoles fell to 3-4 after the Miami loss and will face Clemson on Oct. 31 following their bye week.
