Below, we'll highlight 10 moves to make ahead of Week 8, recommending who to start, sit, add, and drop, along with players to buy low or sell high in the trade market.
๐ค Buy: Malik Nabers
Aside from his health, one of the biggest concerns about Malik Nabers was the Giants' quarterback play. Nabers survived the switch from Jaxson Dart to Jameis Winston and seems to have elevated his play even further with J.J. McCarthy now under center.
Nabers has 24 targets in two games with McCarthy, catching 19 passes for 276 yards. He's been the WR2 over the past four games, and now that the Giants are heading into their Week 8 bye, there may be an opportunity to acquire Nabers if he's rostered by a manager desperate for a win.
New York's remaining schedule should be friendly for Nabers, especially in the fantasy playoffs; the Giants face the Lions in Week 16 and the Cowboys in Week 17, two of the worst pass defenses.
๐ Sell: Breece Hall, Braelon Allen

Braelon Allen has stepped up admirably in Breece Hall's absence, but the latter should be back in the lineup soon, creating uncertainty with the Jets' running back situation. Hall should return as the starter, but Allen has likely done enough to carve out a regular role in the offense. If you roster both players, you could easily sell someone on the two-man package, guaranteeing them a starting running back and a strong handcuff. However, the backfield could end up being a timeshare, which would decrease both players' fantasy values.
Hall's participation in practice will be worth monitoring ahead of Week 8. If all signs point toward him playing, now's the time to try to sell.
๐ข Start: Blake Corum
Blake Corum is slowly eating into Kyren Williams' workload. Corum played 44% of L.A.'s snaps in Week 7, and he's gotten 29 touches over the last two games, compared to Williams' 31. In last week's convincing victory over the Raiders, Corum recorded 17 carries for 93 yards and a touchdown.
The Rams are 6.5-point favorites versus the Chargers in Week 8. The Chargers give up the ninth-most fantasy points to opposing running backs, and the Rams will likely deploy a game plan similar to last week's, considering Puka Nacua is their only legit receiving weapon available. Sean McVay will continue to feature tight-end-heavy sets, which should benefit the run game and set up Corum for another startable performance.
๐ Sit: Ladd McConkey
Who knows what the Chargers' offense will look like after their bye. Justin Herbert and Co. have been a disaster this season, and Los Angeles is the only winless team remaining. Ladd McConkey has battled through several injuries but should be good to go after a week off. Still, he can't be trusted in starting lineups until the Chargers show competence on offense.
โ Drop: Rome Odunze

Rome Oduze is rostered in 86% of Yahoo leagues - far too many for someone who's the WR53 on a per-game basis in half-PPR scoring. Odunze is third in line for targets among Bears pass-catchers, behind Luther Burden III and Colston Loveland, and he's logged three or fewer receptions in five of seven contests. Once considered a red-zone threat, Odunze has yet to score a touchdown this season. Yes, Caleb Williams has played only three full games, but Odunze is averaging just 6.8 points (half PPR) in those outings.
๐ค Buy: DJ Moore
DJ Moore's tenure in Buffalo has gotten off to a rough start, but the veteran wideout appears ready to return to the Bills' lineup after missing two games while recovering from a shoulder injury. In Moore's two full games, he's earned a combined 18 targets from Josh Allen, catching 11 of those for 167 yards and a touchdown. It's been a while since Moore's current manager reaped the reward of rostering him, so you may be able to buy low before he returns in Week 8.
๐ Sell: Omar Cooper Jr.
The Jets rookie has been sensational in limited playing time. Omar Cooper Jr. missed four games with an ankle injury, but in his three healthy outings, he's recorded 248 yards and 12 receptions on 13 targets. But his current level of production simply isn't sustainable, especially with Geno Smith at quarterback and Garrett Wilson healthy and running routes. At some point, Wilson is going to be featured in the passing attack, and Cooper will be the one posting frustrating fantasy lines. Now's the time to sell high after what could easily be Cooper's two best games of the season.
๐ข Start: Jacoby Brissett

If you have Brock Purdy or C.J. Stroud on bye this week, Jacoby Brissett is a fantastic replacement option. The Cardinals are going on the road to face a Cowboys defense that can't slow anyone down. Dallas is allowing the sixth-most fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks and won't have an answer for Trey McBride. Brissett has scored 17 or more fantasy points in four of seven games this year.
๐ Sit: TreVeyon Henderson
TreVeyon Henderson's path to a full-time job is clear, so he's not a drop candidate in most leagues ... yet. However, he can't be started, regardless of the format. Henderson is being treated as a clear backup and is even losing work to special-teamer Corey Kiner. He's logged just 18 touches over his last three games.
๐ค Stash: Josh Downs
You may be considering dropping Josh Downs, who's been unusable in five of seven weeks. However, he formally requested a trade from the Colts on Wednesday, and a new environment could be exactly what he needs to salvage his season. The Chiefs and 49ers are two teams in desperate need of receiver help, and Downs would get an immediate bump in fantasy value if he landed in either situation. Any team would likely be a better option than the Colts at the moment, so he's worth stashing ahead of the Nov. 10 trade deadline.
