Broncos sign Cooper to 4-year extension reportedly worth $60M

The Denver Broncos signed Jonathon Cooper to a four-year contract extension, the club announced Monday.
The deal is worth $60 million and includes $33.1 million guaranteed, a source told NFL Network's Tom Pelissero.
Cooper has 5.5 sacks, six tackles for loss, a forced fumble, and 11 quarterback hits through nine games this season.
The 26-year-old enjoyed his best season as a pro in 2023, recording 8.5 sacks after consecutive two-sack campaigns to start his career.
Denver has one of the league's best defenses this season, ranking sixth in yards (295.2) and fourth in points allowed (17.9) per game.
