Seahawks' Walker doubtful for SNF vs. Packers
The Seattle Seahawks listed running back Kenneth Walker as doubtful for their Sunday Night Football matchup against the Green Bay Packers on the team's final injury report Friday.
Walker continues to work through a calf injury that caused him to miss last week's 30-18 win over the Arizona Cardinals.
Head coach Mike Macdonald said Walker made progress this week, but "he hasn't practiced yet, so we listed him as doubtful," according to team reporter John Boyle.
The Michigan State product leads Seattle with 542 rushing yards and seven touchdowns. Walker has also tallied 38 catches for 271 yards and one score.
Zach Charbonnet has taken the lead in the Seahawks' rushing attack in Walker's absence. The second-year halfback ran for a season-high 134 yards and two scores, adding seven receptions for 59 yards in the victory over the Cardinals.
Kenny McIntosh will also see some snaps as Charbonnet's backup Sunday.
The Seahawks (8-5) will attempt to extend their current four-game win streak against the Packers in prime time.
