Colts to host NFL's 1st regular-season game in Berlin

The Indianapolis Colts will be part of the NFL's first-ever regular season game in Berlin, Germany, the league announced Wednesday.

The Colts, who'll serve as the home team at Olympic Stadium, will discover their opponent when the NFL officially releases the 2025 schedule later this year.

"The NFL is making history in Berlin, and the Colts are proud to be part of this landmark event in one of the world's most historic cities," Colts owner Jim Irsay said in a statement. "The NFL has become a global brand, and we're looking forward to growing American football in Germany and expanding Colts Nation's footprint around the world."

Additionally, two NFL games will be held in London and one in Madrid during the 2025 season.

Five international games took place in 2024, with three in London and one in each of Munich and Sao Paulo.
