Wideout Jauan Jennings likened the Minnesota Vikings' receiving corps to the Golden State Warriors team that won back-to-back NBA titles in 2017 and 2018.

"It's awesome," Jennings said Wednesday when asked about joining Minnesota's wide receiver room, according to Fox 9's Adam Hicks. "I feel like Kevin Durant with the Warriors.

"Big Three, man, you know what I'm saying? It's just a lot of talent over here, top-down, head to bottom, a lot of talent."

Following the Warriors' 73-win season in 2015-16, Durant joined the club and helped further cement Golden State as one of the most formidable teams in NBA history. The Warriors captured the NBA title in consecutive years with Durant playing alongside Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson, and Draymond Green.

Minnesota bolstered its depth at receiver by signing Jennings to a one-year, $8-million deal earlier in May. He caught 55 passes for 643 yards and nine touchdowns with the San Francisco 49ers in 2025. Whether the veteran pass-catcher will provide an impact similar to Durant's remains to be seen.

The Vikings already possessed a formidable one-two punch at receiver with Justin Jefferson and Jordan Addison prior to adding Jennings. Jefferson has posted six consecutive 1,000-yard campaigns since entering the NFL in 2020. Addison has shown flashes of brilliance himself, racking up 13.7 yards per catch and 22 total touchdowns over the last three seasons. Tight end T.J. Hockenson and tailback Aaron Jones contribute to Minnesota's passing game as well.

While the Vikings boast an impressive array of pass-catchers, the question remains of who will throw them the ball next season. In March, the team signed former Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray, who will compete with J.J. McCarthy for the starting gig.
