New York Jets' first-round receiver Omar Cooper Jr. is considered week-to-week after spraining his ankle in Sunday's 23-10 victory over the Tennessee Titans, sources told NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.

The Jets are hopeful that the rookie can return within the next four weeks, Rapoport adds.

Jets safety Minkah Fitzpatrick is also expected to miss two-to-three weeks due to a groin injury, according to NFL insider Jordan Schultz.

Cooper turned his only target into a 30-yard catch in his NFL regular-season debut Sunday.

Meanwhile, Fitzpatrick played just six defensive snaps against the Titans before exiting with a groin injury.

The Jets are off to their first 1-0 start since 2023. They host the Green Bay Packers in Week 2.
