Atlanta Braves outfielder Jorge Soler was removed from the NLDS roster after testing positive for COVID-19, the club announced Tuesday.
Outfielder Cristian Pache will replace Soler for the remainder of the club's series against the Milwaukee Brewers.
Soler was scheduled to bat leadoff for Tuesday's Game 4, but the Braves pulled him from the lineup.
Soler will be out at least five days and must receive clearance from MLB's joint COVID-19 committee before the Braves can add him to their roster, according to The Athletic's David O'Brien.
The 29-year-old helped Atlanta win the NL East title, slashing .269/.358/.524 with 14 homers over 55 games after getting dealt by the Kansas City Royals at the trade deadline.
