The Washington Wizards announced Thursday that forward Bilal Coulibaly will miss four-to-six weeks with a hamstring injury.
Washington will treat the issue conservatively. Coulibaly suffered the injury Monday in the first quarter of the Wizards' loss to the Toronto Raptors. He then missed the following contest against the Detroit Pistons.
Coulibaly is averaging 12.3 points, five rebounds, and 3.4 assists in his second NBA season. Washington drafted the France product seventh overall in 2023.
The Wizards rank at the bottom of the Eastern Conference with a 13-51 record. They face the Pistons again Thursday.
