USC quarterback Miller Moss is entering the transfer portal with one year of eligibility remaining, he told ESPN's Pete Thamel.
"There comes a point where there's a time to move on to new opportunities, and I'm hoping to better myself as a person and a player," Moss said, per Thamel.
Moss completed 64.4% of his passes for 2,555 yards, 18 touchdowns, and nine interceptions this season. He was benched in favor of Jayden Maiava for the program's final three regular-season contests.
Moss appeared sparingly over the first three seasons of his collegiate career. He's thrown for 3,469 yards with 27 touchdowns against 10 picks in 21 games.
