Vikings acquire Robinson from Jaguars
The Minnesota Vikings acquired offensive tackle Cam Robinson from the Jacksonville Jaguars, the Vikings announced Wednesday.
Minnesota will also land a 2026 conditional seventh-round pick in the deal in exchange for a 2026 fifth-round selection that can turn into a fourth-round pick based on Robinson's playing time, NFL Network's Tom Pelissero adds.
The deal comes days after Minnesota lost star left tackle Christian Darrisaw for the season to a knee injury.
Robinson has started 91 games over his eight-year career since being drafted by the Jaguars in the second round in 2017. He missed last week's contest against the Green Bay Packers due to a concussion but played in Jacksonville's first seven games of the year.
The 29-year-old has allowed four sacks and 15 pressures in 239 pass-blocking snaps this season, according to PFF. Robinson is scheduled to become an unrestricted free agent in 2025.
Minnesota has allowed 3.1 sacks per game this campaign, the third-worst mark in the NFL.
The Vikings face the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday Night Football in Week 9.
