Buffalo Bills wide receiver DJ Moore is day-to-day after leaving Thursday's 41-31 win over the Detroit Lions with a shoulder injury, sources told ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Moore is believed to have sustained an AC joint sprain, sources told NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.
Doctors do not consider the injury serious, and Moore has a chance to play against the Los Angeles Chargers on Sept. 27, Schefter reports.
Moore landed hard on his shoulder after trying to catch a pass in the end zone during the second quarter, though the play ultimately didn't count due to a holding call on Buffalo. Moore was then taken to the locker room for X-rays and didn't finish the game.
The veteran wideout was held without a catch Thursday.
Bills quarterback Josh Allen turned to Dalton Kincaid as his go-to target versus Detroit. The tight end led the team with eight targets, seven catches, and 95 receiving yards. Keon Coleman was Buffalo's top wide receiver with 63 yards on six grabs.
Buffalo acquired the 29-year-old Moore in an offseason trade with the Chicago Bears. He caught five passes for 100 yards and a touchdown in his Bills debut in Week 1.
