Jets sign Iafallo to 3-year extension

The Winnipeg Jets signed winger Alex Iafallo to a three-year contract extension carrying an average annual value of $3.67 million, the team announced Wednesday.
Iafallo has 15 goals and 16 assists in 81 games with the Jets this season, averaging 13:13 per contest. The 31-year-old has shown an ability to play up and down the lineup for the Presidents' Trophy winners.
Winnipeg acquired Iafallo from the Los Angeles Kings in 2023 as part of the trade that sent Pierre-Luc Dubois to L.A.
The Kings signed Iafallo as an undrafted free agent in 2017. He's averaged 16 goals and 21 assists per 82 games across his eight-year career.
