The Minnesota Wild are making a goalie change for Tuesday's Game 2 against the Colorado Avalanche.
Filip Gustavsson will get the nod in lieu of Jesper Wallstedt, head coach John Hynes announced, per The Athletic's Michael Russo.
Wallstedt was excellent in Round 1 against the Dallas Stars, posting a .924 save percentage while starting all six games in the series. However, he was lit up for eight goals on 42 shots in a 9-6 loss to the Avalanche in Game 1 of the second round.
Gustavsson has yet to appear in the 2026 postseason. He went 28-15-6 with a .903 save percentage and a 2.69 goals-against average during the regular season. The 27-year-old is 4-6 with a .917 save percentage in his playoff career.
