Manchester United have accelerated talks with Mateus Fernandes' representatives in an effort to get a deal over the line. Arsenal, Aston Villa, Atletico Madrid, Inter Milan, Juventus, Napoli, and Paris Saint-Germain are also interested in the West Ham United midfielder.
