Arizona Cardinals head coach Kliff Kingsbury, quarterbacks coach Cam Turner, and starting defensive lineman Zach Allen will miss Sunday's game against the Cleveland Browns after testing positive for COVID-19, the team announced Friday.

Cardinals general manager Steve Keim also tested positive and won't make the trip to Cleveland, reports Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.

The team had already lost star linebacker Chandler Jones earlier this week after placing him on the COVID-19 reserve following a positive test. Jones leads Arizona with five sacks this year.

Defensive coordinator Vance Joseph and assistant head coach and special teams coordinator Jeff Rodgers will split head coaching duties while Kingsbury remains out.

Joseph was the head coach of the Denver Broncos from 2017-18 before Arizona hired him as its defensive coordinator in 2019. He posted an 11-21 record in Denver.

Kingsbury joined the Cardinals in 2019, and he's off to his best start with the team in 2021. Arizona is the league's only unbeaten club through five weeks and ranks fourth in points scored per game and sixth in total yards.

The 42-year-old coach announced in September that the entire Cardinals roster is fully vaccinated.

Despite Arizona's COVID-19 cases, the NFL doesn't plan to make any changes to the Cardinals-Browns game, reports Tom Pelissero of NFL Network.

Arizona is reportedly under enhanced COVID-19 mitigation protocols and will be tested daily until the game. The club is expected to travel to Cleveland on Saturday.

The highly anticipated matchup is scheduled for Sunday at 4:05 p.m. ET.
